Warranty Information

f you have any problems with any items you have purchased from me please let me know.  I will make every attempt to make it right.  I hope to always have happy customers.

All personalized items are non-refundable unless a typo was made in the personalization.

Refunds will be issued for defective items or items damaged in transit with return of the item.  Items returned that are not damaged or defective will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery date.
